President’s Report: No report as new officers elected at AGM on same evening and previous President farewelled & thanked at AGM

Motion: The Easter Egg raffle needs to be organised by a nominated co-ordinator

Candy to speak to staff at Peter Pan PreSchool for their ides and to also ask if they are still interested in bringing some children to our special days (e.g. Easter Hat Parade/Raffle)
Laurie to speak to staff at Arcadia Vale Long Day Care & Rathmines PreSchool for their suggestions

Val noted that fundraising support would be appreciated for team uniforms, literacy programs. We need to look at ways of obtaining bigger funds
For now focus on Easter Egg Raffle 9/4/09 – Lee-Anne & Francis to organise and Mother’s Day Stall 7/5/09
Francis will approach Sonya Mitchell at Needful Things re providing items for Mother’s day stall
Request for donations from parents through newsletter. Suggest ideas for donations to help support & encourage parents

Need for 2 to 3 signaturies. Minimum of 2 at all times

Bernie needs to source a cheaper supplier for shirts and jumpers.
